Luise Hübbe and Christian Pusch Strengthen the Management Team

Stuttgart, August 4th, 2022—In Q2 2022, founder and partner-led technology company Experience One expanded its management team. Luise Hübbe joins the management board as Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer, and Christian Pusch as Managing Director. Experience One specializes in the customer experience of large, international corporations, which sees its digital experts design and develop platforms for customers like Mercedes-Benz, Kia, Bosch, and AOK.

Hübbe and Pusch join an existing management team of four, which includes Urban Dausacker (Founder and Managing Director) as well as Managing Directors Jens Fauth and Linda Stauffenberg.

“The timing couldn’t be better for Experience One as we’ve just established our first sustainable development program, which places the focus squarely on the employee experience,” Müller said, providing further insight into the strategic direction set for the company’s technology specialists, which includes 150 designers, strategists, and developers at locations in Stuttgart, Berlin, and Frankfurt. “Our goal is not only to work in the company, but most importantly to work on the company,” Müller added. In line with this conviction, Hübbe and Pusch will assume more responsibility—both internally and externally—as management partners, and play an important role in shaping the company’s future.

Luise Hübbe, who has been working at Experience One’s Berlin site since 2019, will help develop the company’s strategic offering, and also promote sustainability and CX transformation in large corporations. Christian Pusch, who currently looks after customers like Mercedes-Benz Vans, Smart, Kia, and Zeiss, will head the Frankfurt division focused on CX platforms for international customers. They will also share joint responsibility for AOK digital projects, combining their skills and expertise.
