Berlin, January 21, 2021 Experience One, a service provider specializing in customer experience, has won the Europe-wide tender for user experience (UX) services from the AOK-Bundesverband. From January 2021, the digital experts will be the lead agency responsible for the further development of the target group-specific user experience. This includes the AOK insurance portal (aok.de) and other services. The services are provided on behalf of the federal association for the AOK community. The contract term is four years.
“With Experience One, we have a competent partner at our side who brings both a holistic understanding of customer experience and know-how from numerous digitization projects,” says Steve Plesker, Managing Director Market/Products at the AOK-Bundesverband. “Together, we want to make the 'AOK - Die Gesundheitskasse' brand an even more direct experience in the online world by creating real added value for policyholders and other target groups with intuitively accessible content and services. This includes the AOK insurance portal as well as the creation of a new comprehensive press and political portal.”
Experience One is responsible for ensuring that the user experience is tailored to target groups and intentions across all of AOK's digital portals, improving access to service offerings and optimizing sales functions. It is important to achieve the global and digital corporate goals, but also to support the federal structure of the AOK community.
