The strong CX concept and the excellent implementation of the Mercedes me Store app convinced the jury of the German Design Council and achieved the highest award in the category “excellence in brand strategy and creation | brand communication—user experience”: gold.
The “German Brand Award”, a competition organized by the “German Brand Institute”, presents annual prizes to companies, agencies, service providers, branders and organizations that stand out for their outstanding brand management, sustainable campaigns or exceptional marketing projects.
