Artificial intelligence is spreading its wings ever further and conquering the most diverse industries in flight. Kai Müller, founder and CEO of Experience One, makes it clear: AI is the most important technology of the future that can make our business location take off.

“AI will change every job and every business model and fundamentally transform the interaction between customers and brands,” explains Müller. Companies now have the opportunity to train AI for every role – from knowledge coach to super salesperson to ultimate consultant.

Generative AI enables personalized and interactive customer experiences that were previously unthinkable. This ranges from 1:1 advice to optimized processes in public administration.

In a strong tech and innovation culture, companies should give the necessary leeway for exploring new technologies. The digital twin has proven itself in practice because it allows employees to explore the potentials and limitations of AI in a playful way and to develop a deep understanding of the technology.

The key to successful AI applications also lies in strategic data and knowledge management. A clear roadmap and prioritized use cases are essential to achieve sustainable success. Companies that rely on AI and experiment not only drive technological progress, but also strengthen the economic importance of the region. Those companies that do not invest in AI now will fall behind customer expectations and the competition in just a few years.
